Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special custom made clothing orders or personalised items), and product’s made to order such as Boxing or MMA Rings and custom-made mouth guards (items that state made-to-order with a delayed shipping time not held in stock).
We also do not accept returns items on personal products tried on such as mouth guards or underwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
General Returns
We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase and any unwanted items are returned at the customer's expense (unless the product is either proven faulty or was incorrectly sent). The returned item must not be one of those exempt from return as listed in our exceptions and be in its original packaging, in a saleable condition unused. Please email us for the return address and any questions at info@ampro.co.uk.
Faulty Returns
On proven faulty goods AMPRO will credit the cost of sending the goods back to the customer. The customer can specify whether or not they require a refund or exchange. Please include the receipt for the cost if you require the postage costs incurred. All products are quality control checked during production and before leaving us but If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality or performance of as product, please email us at info@ampro.co.uk.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
