No floor fixing required just add weights to weigh down you floor to ceiling ball or punchbag with straps. Great for items in the gym or home that need to be moved around and no fixing to floor is available.

Reduce movement from your heavy bag or double end bag attached to the floor anchor. Stainless steel snap lock D ring is ideal for both carabineer attachments and bungee cords.
