AMPRO Singular Training Individual Training Timer - Boxing / Sports / MMA / Martial Arts / Round / Amateur / Professional / Workout

A special timer to help you built your stamina. Round lengths can be set for 2 or 3 minutes with rest periods of either 30 or 60 seconds. Special bright LED light system with variable audio level indications, indicate the chosen settings. A green light signifies the work period, a red light indicates the rest period and a yellow light, and a second individual chime, lets you know that you have 30 seconds until the end of the round. Ideal timer for individual training where a coach is not present to indicate training time and rest. Features On/Off switch, Volume Dial and Reset button. 220 V AC.
