Countdown timer with volume control. Large display to show time left to train. Electronic Touch Switches for work out time, 30 seconds to 9 minutes (in length) and rest time, 30 seconds to 5 minutes (in length).

Ideal for any sized gym as it is loud enough to be heard and individual workouts with the volume turned down.
